Your Role: As the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you'll be a key supporting member of our operations, ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of shipping and receiving processes, from inventory management to order fulfillment.
- Implementing and optimizing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborating closely with our production, purchasing, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.

- Performing general porter duties, including office maintenance and cleaning, to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Forklift certification.
- Proficiency in Excel/Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and shipping tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems.
