We’re growing and looking for a Shop Foreman to lead our skilled production team, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation in every project. What You’ll Do
✔️ Lead & Train – Supervise and support shop employees, helping them hone their craft.
✔️ Manage Workflow – Ensure production runs smoothly and on schedule.
✔️ Maintain Quality & Safety – Oversee fabrication and shop standards while keeping a safe work environment.
✔️ Optimize Shop Operations – Work with production, engineering, and procurement teams to enhance efficiency.
✔️ Keep Equipment Running – Monitor and maintain shop tools and machinery.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
🔹 5 years of experience in millwork, carpentry, or production leadership
🔹 Strong understanding of custom architectural millwork and fabrication
🔹 Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities
🔹 Comfortable with shop drawings, blueprints, and production schedules
