The DC Coordinator will be responsible for performing a broad range of site activities to proactively meet the business’ needs.
The DC Coordinator will work closely with Distribution Center leaders to provide support including (but not limited to) employee onboarding, training, policies and procedures adherence, project management and various administrative functions.
Additionally, the DC Coordinator will support the broader McKesson-wide implementation of various enterprise-wide programs developed including, employee engagement activities, and other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM * Must be flexible with schedule to meet business needs

Job Description
- Conducts new hire orientation and employee onboarding that includes review of all local and enterprise policies and procedures while providing a positive employee experience.
- Conduct annual site trainings/information sessions to ensure all employees receive mandatory compliance training and sign off.
- Assists or conducts training of employees in various functions.
- Assists the Leadership Team (LT) in monitoring and completing the new hire training program. Works closely with management to assess training needs of both new hires and existing employees.
- Provides annual safety and security re-training courses to meet company and government compliance policies.
- Supports the broader McKesson-wide implementation of various enterprise-wide programs developed including, employee engagement activities, and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain and update HR/Corporate communication monitors/boards throughout the DC.
- Perform bi-weekly LM upload.
- Conduct/track annual DEA background check.
- Tracks non-exempt associate’s attendance and drafts Attendance Disciplinary Actions to be sent to supervisors to be administered.
- Provide HR update during All Employee Meeting, such as, but not limited to: flu shot clinic, Vitality update, biometric screening, and open enrollment, etc.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2 years administrative support experience
- Calendar management experience.
- Experienced with filing, organizing, and general paperwork demands.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, PPT, etc.) Suite
- Excellent, professional intrapersonal skills, face to face, over the phone, and via email
- Experienced with filing, organizing, and general paperwork demands.

- Strong understanding of how to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Advanced organization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization; build trust and maintain strong business relationships.

- Must be creative and innovative.
- Bachelor’s degree, vocational school or equivalent
- Knowledge of Kronos a plus but not required.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent degree
