Responsibilities:

Printers

• Understand how and what it takes to make them operate,
• Change paper, clear jams, check for loose bolts or guides.
• Add and delete printers in the computer and how to change print heads
• Adjust tear off and other settings that affect the price sticker.
• Adjust the proximity sensor for the price stickers
  
  
  

Lid Machine

• Add lids and space them on conveyor
• Adjust sensors if a lid can’t be picked up
• How to use the external controller and all its function
• What to look for when there is an issue and how to solve it.
  
  
  

Closeout

• Operate the computers and WCS
• Use the price sticker bins and how to adjust if need be
• Deal with product that is found on the ground
• Deal with totes that are too full or ones that have tipped over
  
  
  

Strappers

• Change strap rolls
• Clear out jams and issues with strapping
• Swap machines if need be
• Set machine up with correct speed and strapping settings
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 0 - 1 years of experience. May have vocational qualification.
