Position Overview :
Lead Material Handler - Administrative - Night Shift
Location : Salt Lake City, UT, USA - 1900 S 4490 W
Shift : Sunday : 5 : 00pm - 1 : 30am, Monday through Thursday : 5 : 30pm - 2 : 00am (Subject to business needs, overtime may be required)
Eligible for a $1.50 / hr shift differential on top of base pay. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits (dental, health, 401K, and more).
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct orientation and onboard new night shift Material Handlers.
- Provide necessary training to associates.
- Oversee order releasing responsibilities and perform data entry for the leadership team (using Microsoft Office 365).
- Manage attendance tracking for associates and inform night shift leaders of any attendance issues.
- Conduct periodic audits for compliance.
- Facilitate communication with off-site support teams (HR / ER / IT).
- Update and distribute essential warehouse documents (job aids).
- Assist in planning and organizing team events.
- Train individuals in various warehouse functions including inventory, receiving, picking, packing, and more.
- Assist team members with their concerns and needs.
- Cover production lines as needed.

A competitive compensation package is offered, based on performance, experience, and job market evaluations. Our base pay range for this position is $17.63 - $29.39. Additional compensation, including bonuses or long-term incentives, may be available.
