Shift Details: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager, this position performs moderate to complex assignments in support of the Corporate Real Estate department. This includes, but is not limited to, project management, work order processing, move coordination, vendor relations, facility repairs and improvements, space utilization studies, etc. This position may also be assigned special projects as needed by the facilities manager or other senior leadership within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processes all service requests received via the corporate work order system, including, but not limited to, building access, moves/adds/changes, key requests, equipment repair, event set-up/tear down, etc.
• Coordinates office relocations for employees and departments, including planning, preparation, packing, moving, unpacking, installation, and disposal.
• Performs minor construction projects such as drywall repair, painting, carpet repair, door adjustment, wallpaper removal, etc.
• Maintains accurate records for all service requests, work orders, and other relevant documents, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepares correspondence and reports related to service requests and projects.
• Assists in maintaining and updating various policies and procedures related to the operations of the Corporate Real Estate department.
• May serve as liaison between departments and outside vendors providing services to the campus.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of related experience

Critical Qualifications:

• Minimum of 0-1 years' experience in a facilities role required; preferably in an office setting.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and custodial practices preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills for measuring purposes.
• Ability to operate power tools and material handling equipment is required.
• Moderate physical activity, performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature. Some exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including rain, sun, snow, and wind.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers.
• Vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth, and color vision.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear sufficiently to engage in conversation and respond to instructions.

Preferred Requirements:

• Associate's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
