Facilities Representative

Location:

Shift: Sunday to Thursday from 6:00PM-2:00AM

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Daily operation & maintenance, trouble shooting, of Zebra Printer price stickers.
• Ability to perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others
• Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs.
• Self-starter in new systems and capability development
• Ability to work with a team performing maintenance and equipment operations; handling difficulties that occur at the work site; making certain job is completed
• Other tasks as assigned
  
  
  

Additional Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications- 0-1years of experience. May have vocational qualification.

• 1 year of generalist facility/maintenance experience in a similar environment is strongly preferred. 6 months of McKesson experience is required.
• Knowledge and safe usage of various types of equipment in maintenance/facility trade (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, between facilities team, operations, and IT
• Basic to intermediate MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel) with the ability to learn McKesson platforms and software
• Experience with LOTO/OSHA regulations
• Must be self-motivated and work without direct supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to participate as a member of a multi-functional team who pitches in when required
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• General health and safety awareness in a warehouse environment with great attendance record
• Ability to learn quickly, work with hands, problem solve, and provide solutions
• Desire to learn and grow within position and be open to coaching and feedback
  
  
  

Work is performed in a warehouse setting. Position may require standing, lifting, bending and/or carrying. May also require working from heights and working in cold/refrigerated areas. May need to operate some power equipment on occasion - training provided.

Minimum Requirements (internal Applicants Only)

• Must be flexible and willing to work all shifts as business needs require and willing to work in any relevant department when no tasks assigned.
• Associate must be in good standing in current position for a minimum of 6 months
• Current McKesson associates must meet performance standards for present position.
• Associate must not have more than a verbal warning for attendance.
• Associate must not have received a disciplinary action above a verbal warning within the past six months.
• No Safety issues in the last 90 days
• Must be meeting current DPMO and LMS production standards
• Demonstrates i2CARE and iLEAD principles
