Senior Engineer, Cloud Technology

We are seeking a senior engineer to develop our ecommerce cloud engineering strategy, ensuring our cloud applications are secure, robust, scalable, and secure.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Azure Cloud Technology Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture.
• Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the ecommerce platform.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor platform usage and costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost-saving measures.
• Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Azure Databricks platform.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that the environment adheres to security best practices and complies with relevant regulations.

Critical Skills & Minimum Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in modern languages like Java, J2EE, Springboot, Microservices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud Services.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and principles, and coding standards with best practices.
• Expert knowledge in cloud-native architectures, preferably Azure.
• Advanced experience with JIRA/Confluence and GITHUB.

Base Pay Range: $125,000 - $208,400

Please note that candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. Relocation is not budgeted for this position.
