The Health Mart Marketing Team, within the Strategic, Community & Specialized Pharmacy (SCS) segment at McKesson, is seeking a Senior marketing Manager to create compelling content, execute campaigns and maximize communication channels to promote solutions and customer retention for our Health Mart and Health Mart Atlas solutions.
The ideal candidate loves to strategize and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. You can work independently and also enjoy being part of a collaborative team with a strong sense of purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution
- In partnership with the business SMEs, create and execute B2B marketing strategy, messaging, content, and campaigns for Health Mart and Health Mart Atlas to support program enrollment, revenue goals and the success of our independent pharmacists' businesses.
- Execution to include writing / editing content provided by subject matter experts to ensure tone, narrative and clarity and represent the voice of the customer and an optimized customer journey across all owned channels
- Represent the voice of the customer and an optimized customer journey across all owned channels including websites, customer presentations, digital media, print materials, videos, webinars and in person events.
- Write for and / or edit content provided by subject matter experts to ensure tone, narrative and clarity
- Define and regularly report campaign metrics / goals / benchmarks to stakeholders on a regular basis denoting milestones and key learnings and providing recommendations for improvement.
