Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sourcing : Develop and implement category sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and risk mitigation.
- Supplier Management : Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Contract Negotiation : Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, service levels, and performance metrics.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging suppliers, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to understand business needs, align sourcing strategies, and ensure effective communication and implementation.
- Influencing and Driving Change : Employ best practices and thought leadership to influence stakeholders and drive change across the organization, ensuring the adoption of innovative sourcing strategies.
- Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sourcing strategies and supplier performance.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
