Our highly respected team of design professionals complemented by an exceptional staff of full-service surveying, offer effective and sustainable solutions for our clients’ land planning, permitting, stormwater, water / sewer, erosion control, landscaping and other development and land management needs. We plan and design residential communities, retail shops, parks, solar farms, educational buildings, industrial, manufacturing and commercial facilities that meet today’s needs in the context of tomorrow’s generations. The diverse services we provide allow our staff to become familiar with a wide range of engineering principles.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DAY-TO-DAY :
- Providing technical and design services in support of land (site) development projects.
- Reporting regularly to Project Manager and Operations Manager.
- Conduct preliminary / due diligence evaluations, prepare various reports, produce design and construction drawings, prepare technical specifications, and prepare permit submittals for civil engineering projects.
- Work as part of a project team, manage project tasks and provide direction to team members.
- Perform various tasks on several concurrent projects and following these tasks through to completion within the allocated period of time and the monetary budget assigned.
- Coordination with regulatory agencies
