The Position: We are looking for a Contract Compliance Specialist, who is willing to embrace McKinleys mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The Contract Compliance Specialist is responsible for the review of compliance of any and all documentation submitted to the ORR case file, conducting quality assurance activities and periodic record reviews of all active and discharged clients.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range were offering is $23.00- $26.00 hourly depending (Based) on experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration or in any other related discipline preferred.
- Prior Quality Assurance Experience including knowledge of the UC Portal, the Welligent EHR System and the Office of Refugee (ORR) Policy strongly preferred.
- Word Processing, e-mail, internet, ability to learn clinical software, basic office skills (i.e. typing, telephone, copier)
- Welligent knowledge
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
- Ability to commute to various sites on and off campus
- VACCINATIONS REQUIRED: Be able to show proof of immunization or immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases transmitted by the respiratory route, including:
- Varicella: two doses of varicella vaccine (at least four weeks apart) OR born in the United States before 1980 with a reported history of chickenpox (verified by an adult present at the time of illness) OR titers indicating varicella immunity OR documentation from a healthcare provider verifying previous infection.
- MMR: two doses of MMR vaccine (at least four weeks apart) OR titers indicating immunity to all three diseases.
- Tdap: one Tdap dose.
- Influenza: one dose annually during flu season.
- DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the accuracy of HSPRS Case Files.
- Track, process, and oversee required case documentation in the youths electronic case file and the UC Portal.
- Support and notify staff of any past due documentation found in the UC Portal and the Youths Case File.
- Review ongoing documentation during youths stay within 14 days of admit, during ongoing services, and at Discharge.
- ORR Staff scoping to ensure access to the UC Portal, EHR, Jeenie, and the Online Learning Center.
- Reviewing staff documentation for compliance with ORR regulatory and agency standards and ensure they reflect a high level of care.
- Assist program staff in completing/correcting documentation.
- Participate in required ORR Training and Events.
- Report any and all documentation deficiencies and/or compliance concerns to the VP of Contract Compliance and program directors.
- Complete chart audits and results for the monthly ORR Performance Quality Improvement meetings.
- Monitor incoming ORR Policy Updates and share with Staff on a weekly basis.
- Organize, collaborate and prepare requests for records.
- Prepare for ongoing ORR audits.
- Coordinate and/or update any procedural and/or policy changes with the VP of Contract Compliance.
- Monitor, collect, and file the youths discharge documents.
- Other related duties as needed.
