The Position: To support McKinley's mission by recruiting top-tier talent aligned with our values. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellent service delivery to the children and families we serve, leveraging modern recruitment tools, including social media.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range were offering is $23.00 - $25.00 hourly depending (Based) on experience.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred (in progress, okay), or
- Related experience of 4 years in a similar role as a coordinator/junior recruiter.
- Great communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proactive, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with social media, and technical aptitude to learn various recruiting and HR platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- General Office Skills
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
- Ability to commute to various sites
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds for filing, boxes, and packages
- Ability to sit for several hours performing clerical functions
- DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Coordination:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing and organizing all necessary paperwork, conducting pre-employments, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring timely completion of required tasks.
- New Hire Orientation:
- Conduct comprehensive orientations for new employees, presenting company policies, procedures, benefits, and other relevant information.
- Facilitate a positive introduction to the organization's culture, values, and expectations.
- Oversee and manage the Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative social media recruitment strategies to enhance McKinley's online presence and attract top talent.
- Attend and lead career fairs, webinars, and other recruitment events.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive HR files, ensuring all necessary documents are updated and accessible.
- Other related duties as needed.
