As a Recruiter, you will be recruiting new team members to join our sales, maintenance, and management teams at our apartment communities throughout Michigan and Florida - managing many open positions at a time and relentlessly seeking the very best candidates. We value collaboration, creativity, and meet the highest of expectations.
Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000/ Salary Quarterly Bonus Potential Benefits
Job Responsibilities
- Provide top notch recruitment support like you’ve never done before. We have an extensive and detailed recruitment process to bring nothing but the best into McKinley. You can’t be content with “OK” and if you are more concerned with crossing an open position off of a to-do list than hiring exceptional team members, this job isn’t for you.
- High-volume, fast-paced recruitment efforts including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer creation.
- Manage the new hire process including pre-employment testing, coordination of onboarding, and collection and review of new hire paperwork.
- Partner with business executives to strategize on business needs.
- Be flexible and creative with your recruitment strategies! Sometimes finding the right candidates means thinking outside the box.

Desired Experience
