This position is ideal for a dynamic, customer-service-focused individual with strong lead-generation skills and an eagerness to adopt cutting-edge CRM systems. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Customer Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for all internet and phone leads, engaging potential clients with professionalism and providing a seamless introduction to the McKinley Homes brand.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate McKinley Homes Sales Associate, ensuring a smooth handoff for further engagement and consultation.
- Utilize LASSO CRM and other sales tools to efficiently track and manage all leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly responding to all inquiries and ensuring that potential homebuyers receive timely, informative, and engaging communication.
- Proactively manage the appointment scheduling for clients, ensuring they are properly engaged and prepared for their meeting with a Sales Associate.
- Work closely with the Sales Associates, and Marketing Teams to ensure client information is accurately communicated and that every prospect is handled with the highest level of care.
- Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and maximize the opportunity to convert inquiries into appointments and sales.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) through LASSO CRM, including:
- % of new internet leads worked monthly (NEW)
- % of sales calls answered and worked monthly (NEW)
- % of kept appointments/meetings monthly (NEW)
- % of appointment to contract monthly (NEW)
- Initial response time to internet and phone leads (secondary)
- Quality of follow-up (secondary)
- Continuously monitor and improve response times, appointment setting, and follow-up quality to increase sales conversion rates.
Technology & CRM Adoption
- Fully embrace LASSO CRM and other digital tools to track, manage, and report on lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Become the LASSO expert to assist Sales Associates to utilize the program fully.
- Ensure that all client interactions, from initial contact through to follow-up, are accurately recorded in the CRM, maintaining data integrity and providing actionable insights for the sales team.
- Stay updated on new CRM features and functionalities, adapting to new tools and techniques to enhance customer engagement.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on managing high volumes of inquiries and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients over the phone and via digital channels, ensuring that every potential buyer feels valued and understood.
- Strong background in lead generation, with a proven ability to convert inquiries into sales appointments.
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably LASSO) to track and manage leads, ensuring that no opportunity is missed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple leads and appointments, and prioritize tasks to meet performance targets.
- Eager to contribute to the success of the sales team by providing a critical support function that maximizes lead generation and conversion.
