Our hospitality client is seeking an innovative and dynamic Experiential Creative Director to join their team in a full-time capacity. As a key player in our marketing department, you will work closely with the executive team to craft engaging experiences for their consumer brands. This senior role requires a high-end design aesthetic and a background in hotels, events, consumer brand campaigns, and pop-ups.


In this position, you will oversee a full-time Art Director and an outsourced team based in India, directing and collaborating with freelance resources to deliver projects that meet our high standards. You will not be responsible for shooting but will play an integral role in directing creative vision. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while being present in the DC market to attend events and witness the creative work in action.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative direction for various experiential marketing campaigns for the brands
  • Collaborate with the CMO and marketing team to align resources and execute strategic initiatives
  • Attend concept meetings with clients and engage in the vibrant culture of downtown DC
  • Ensure high-quality execution of activations that engage and inspire guests


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in experiential marketing, creative direction, or similar roles, preferably with a focus on consumer brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design, hotels/events, and successful consumer brand campaigns
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams and aligning resources
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and entertainment-oriented culture
  • Willingness to be present in the DC market and attend events regularly

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
