The pay range we’re offering is $75,000 - $89,000 annually depending (Based) on experience.

- MA preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of County QA experience including knowledge of County Outcome System and EHRs.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration or in any other related discipline required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office-related software
- Experience with the LACDMH IBHIS System, San Bernardino County My Avatar System as well as the Riverside County ELMR System
- Proficient in Welligent EHR System
- Possess superior oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Able to work independently and organize multiple projects with minimum supervision.
- Able to work as a team member.
- Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional boundaries with clients and staff.
- Able to represent the agency professionally and appropriately with all constituencies.
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
- Ability to commute to various sites on and off campus

- Oversees and Manages Compliance Workflows (i.e. County Personnel Scoping, Documentation Compliance, EHR Monitoring and Reporting).
- Assists service delivery staff in completing/correcting documentation in the internal EHR
- Monitors the accuracy of records and EHR documentation in the internal EHR.
- Sends out notifications to supervisors to clear all documentation violations and errors.
- Oversees and Approves “Requests for Records” after ensuring that a Consent to Disclose/Exchange Information form is in place.
- Targets the training needs and organizes necessary training for staff.
- Organizes and prepares client records for visits and audits.
- Prepares and gathers documentation for Site Medi-Cal Certifications.
- Develops and implements documentation tracking systems when needed.
- Participates in required QIC meetings with State and County agencies.
- Reports any and all documentation deficiencies and/or compliance concerns to the VP of Contract Compliance and Billing, Senior Vice President of Programs, Vice President of Mental Health and/or Clinical Supervisors in a timely manner.
- Works in tandem with the VP of Contract Compliance and Billing
- Assists in developing program systems that meet regulatory and agency standards.
- Ensures that documents reflect a high standard of care.
- Coordinates any procedural and/or documentation changes with the VP of Contract Compliance and Billing
- Provides supervision to Compliance Department Staff.
- Actively participates in the agency’s Program Quality Improvement (PQI) process.
- Monitors, tracks, and distributes all updates from the Mental Health Contracts/Plans (LA County, San Bernardino County and Riverside County, etc.)
- Other related duties as needed.
