– JOB DESCRIPTION –
As a full-time McKinley Equipment Technician, you are responsible for the most important part of our company: servicing our customers’ equipment. You’ll handle everything from material lifts and loading dock equipment, to commercial doors, balers, and compactors.
As the person with the most face-to-face interaction with our customers, you represent the McKinley name in every job you complete, which means your mechanical, electrical, welding, pneumatic, and hydraulic expertise coupled with your ability to troubleshoot problems quickly, all while providing the best customer service, is the key to your success.

Preferred Skills:
- Welding
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Mechanics
- Electrical & schematics
- Experience with Salesforce.com or ServiceMax
- Forklift driving experience

The Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- ALL JOB OFFERS ARE CONTINGENT UPON A NEGATIVE DRUG SCREEN TEST
- Must have a current CA Driver’s License (with a CLEAN driving record!)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Highly organized, punctual and reliable
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Physically fit for lifting and moving equipment (up to 60 lbs)
- Ability to successfully prioritize and meet customer needs
- Expert troubleshooter & problem-solver
- Can learn new technology quickly (iPads/phones/computers)
- Contribute to team effort by performing additional duties as requested

Salary : $23 - $25
