Responsibilities
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Listen to customers™ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses.
- Process insurance policy applications, endorsements changes and cancellations efficiently, according to workflow procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
- Team Player with prior office experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Self starter with great time management skills
- Detail oriented and organized.
