McKinnis Roofing & Sheet metal is currently looking for creative & self-starting candidates to fill the following position:
Project Manager
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Review contracts – send to attorney
- Set up Pass the Torch – between Sales/PC/Estimator
- Start Submittals
- Set up Pre-Construction – between PC/Production/Estimator
- Manage Jobs
- Invoice customers
- Help with the invoice approvals
- Pull permits
- Set up intermittent inspections
- Communicate with customers/general contractor’s/building owners
- Communicate with Production/Sales
Requirements:
- Roofing & Construction knowledge
- Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Paint, etc.)
- Knowledge of blueprints
- Great communication skills
- Great attitude (TEAM Player)
- Valid Driver’s License
