Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee SAP projects and programs, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Manage communication to ensure alignment on goals, progress, and challenges.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, technical experts, and business users.
- Foster collaboration and ensure teams are working towards a common goal.
SAP Expertise:
- Provide guidance and expertise on SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, etc.).
- Ensure the solution aligns with industry best practices and organizational requirements.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security, and organizational policies.
Change Management:
- Support organizational change by developing training plans and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
- Manage resistance to change and resolve conflicts effectively.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Monitor and report on program progress, performance metrics, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Implement corrective actions to address deviations from project goals.
