Our B.L.U.E. (Build, Learn, Understand, Enrich) Summer Internship Program is purposefully designed to inspire your imagination and help you guide your career with purpose. You will be an integral part of McKinstry with hands-on experience, mentorship, and a healthy dose of fun. Our program delivers depth and real experience so that you can truly evaluate potential career paths within the work we do.
What we look for in our Service – Operations & Support Intern:
- Availability in Summer 2025 (May/June start until August/September depending on school)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and possess excellent follow-up skills.
- Must be self–motivated, able to multi ‐ task, and work independently.
- Be Curious About the Built - Environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
What our Service – Operations & Support Intern are responsible for:
- Collaborate with the Operations team to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and clarity.
- Develop problem statements and actionable plans to address operational challenges or inefficiencies as they arise
- Analize financial and other data to formulate trends, and provide data driven opportunities for improved outcomes.
- Support the coordination and documentation of updates to existing and new policies, procedures, and templates, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Work with other teams inside McKinstry to understand their needs and provide holistic solutions.

The hourly rate for this role is $24/hr
