We’re seeking Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) who are professional, dependable, and excited to deliver exceptional care in a luxury setting.
Your Role Matters
As a CMT, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring our residents receive top-notch care. You’ll work collaboratively with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to :
- Safely prepare and administer prescribed medications.
- Maintain meticulous documentation for all medications given.
- Monitor and manage narcotic and psychotropic drug records.
- Conduct routine blood sugar testing and periodic narcotic counts.
- Reorder medications to keep residents’ care seamless.
- Step into a supervisory role when the Charge Nurse is unavailable.
- Identify and respond to emergencies with poise and efficiency.
