We are currently seeking a compassionate, service-oriented Community Concierge to join our team. If you enjoy creating meaningful interactions, problem-solving, and ensuring a rewarding work environment, this role is perfect for you!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on engagement, has strong multitasking abilities, and enjoys making a daily impact.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist residents, guests, and staff to ensure a welcoming and positive experience.
Provide basic technical support, such as phone troubleshooting and laptop assistance, for residents.
Assist the security desk by welcoming vendors, private duty staff, and employees while directing them appropriately.
Accept and coordinate package deliveries at the loading dock.
Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a concierge, customer service, or support role (senior living experience preferred).
Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Ability to prioritize urgent vs. non-urgent tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with residents, staff, and families.
Physical Requirements
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and bending.
Occasionally lifting and pushing items up to 50 pounds.

Schedule: Part time work schedule consisting of Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
