Community Support Concierge

Position Summary:

The Community Support Concierge at McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care is responsible for providing excellent service to vendors and employees while maintaining the security of the property.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Attend the security desk and greet vendors and employees, determine nature of business, grant entrance and direct to the proper destination.

• Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety and security of the property.

• Identify potential threats, hazards, and dangerous situations, and alert managers as needed.

• Receive all packages at the loading dock, and coordinate delivery to the appropriate party.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a concierge or support role. Ability to work as a team.

• Reasoning Skills: Ability to understand and follow directions. Ability to discern emergent from non-emergent needs.

• Oral/Written Communication Skills: Ability to interact pleasantly and effectively with staff, residents and families, and possess clear verbal and written communication skills.

Job Requirements:

• Constantly sitting, consulting, using arms and hands, and handling.

• Frequently bending, standing, walking, organizing, and documenting.

• Occasionally sitting, climbing, lifting items up to 50 pounds, pushing items up to 50 pounds, and assisting residents with walking or pushing wheelchairs.
