Position Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that adequate staffing is available for McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care to provide quality care in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Create monthly schedules utilizing OnShift to ensure adequate staffing on each assignment for each shift.
Assist in finding coverage, or providing coverage, for call-ins.
Daily staffing sheets are to be completed timely and accurately and posted timely for staff and Administration.
Manage nursing payroll in ADP tracking system.
Responsible for tracking and adjusting staff payroll/punch detail.
Communicate with the Director of Clinical Services any staffing needs and/or concerns.
Follow established guidelines for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding residents and their personal information.
Qualifications:
Must be a CNA, CMT, or LPN.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a leadership capacity and a working knowledge of operational standards.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work with residents, families, and co-workers effectively.
