Responsibilities
- Serve as a welcoming and friendly contact for residents, family members, coworkers and others, both in person and over the phone
- Assist Office| HR Manager with administrative tasks
- Maintain a level of confidence on documents reviewed
- Maintain calendar and scheduling, including prioritizing during times of change
- Maintain the order and appearance of the reception area
- Schedule transportation for resident appointments
- Stock office supplies
- Sorting mail
- General clerical duties as assigned
- Record of customer-service success (IE: you are friendly and understand the path to a satisfied resident/family members)
- Business attire (I.E: Skirts/Dresses/Etc.)
- Self-starting initiative (IE: you scan regularly for tasks that may be completed)
- High attention to detail (IE: you proofread emails before sending, out of habit)
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Conscientious through-and-through (IE: you email out or Ztext management-specific reminders)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software package
- Typing proficiency
- Familiarity with keyboard short-cuts
- Experience at handling sensitive, confidential issues and information
- You like to enjoy your work and to smile and have fun!
