McKnight Place Extended Care, a luxury senior living community located on The Gatesworth campus, is searching a Director of Social Services. The Director of Social Services position at McKnight Place Extended Care is responsible for overseeing the social well-being of residents. This includes meeting and advocating for residents, communicating with families, assisting in care plan meetings, in-servicing staff on social service topics, and being a part of the management team.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work required, Master's Degree in Social Work preferred.
- Experience: One year, two or more preferred, working with seniors.
- Oral/Written Communication Skills: Ability to interact pleasantly and effectively with staff, residents and families, and possess clear verbal and written communication skills
