We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for a recent graduate who is eager to develop leadership skills and gain practical, hands-on experience in managerial functions.
The Management Trainee Program is designed to cultivate future leaders in supply chain and logistics management. Trainees will gain extensive knowledge and experience in warehousing operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
The program equips future leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career in logistics and warehouse management. Through hands-on experience and tailored training rotations through key warehouse functions, trainees will be prepared to meet the demands of our dynamic supply chain environment.
Over the course of 18-24 months, you will be exposed to various aspects of the managerial role and will also have the opportunity to help define and shape the role for future trainees. The Management Trainee role will rotate every 3-9 months and will also be responsible for mentoring the next incoming Management Training personnel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Role Development: Actively participate in shaping the responsibilities and scope of the Management Training role, including evaluating current practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Interviews and Research: Conduct interviews with department leads and other key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights about the role, team needs, and organizational objectives to help define and refine the Management Training position for future candidates.
- Training and Mentoring: Assist in the onboarding and training of the next Management Trainee, helping to ensure a smooth handoff of responsibilities at the end of your rotation period.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Recent college graduate.
- Strong interest in leadership and management development.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort with technology and tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, virtual meeting platforms, etc.).
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and be a proactive problem-solver.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- The work is light work and requires exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force to move objects
