Perform general office duties including faxing,copying, scanning and filing.
Answers and directs phone calls.
Create, maintain, and update files, databases, records,and other documents.
Responsible for creating internal reports from variousdata collection methods.
Reviews and answers correspondences.
Prepare meeting agendas; attend meetings and preparemeeting minutes.
Communicate with customers and staff to answerquestions.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews andappointments.
Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment.
Maintainand order office supplies.
Responsiblefor timekeeping functions of the department.
Performsother related duties as required and directed.
Qualifications : Required :
High School Diploma
Minimum four years of clerical experience
Preferred : AssociatesDegree
