Position Summary:
The RPA Developer is responsible for building and maintaining automations related to health care operations/finance. The RPA Developer will work to transform business process requirements into high performing automations with an emphasis on efficiency and sustainability.

The RPA Developer is responsible for building and maintaining automations related to health care operations/finance. The RPA Developer will work to transform business process requirements into high performing automations with an emphasis on efficiency and sustainability.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities As Assigned:
- Utilizes industry-leading RPA platform such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. to build and deploy efficient and scalable RPA solutions
- Works collaboratively with internal teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to capture all business requirements and then translate those requirements into technical designs and solutions
- Designs, develops, tests, documents, and deploys RPA solutions including but is not limited to managing credentials, queuing, logging, information storage, exception management, and scheduling
- Minimizes automation downtime through monitoring and maintenance
- Builds new processes/objects or enhance existing ones
- Ensures compliance with industry regulations and data security standards
- Stays up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends, such as incorporating APIs, Optical Character Recognition, Machine Learning, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field
- 2 years of experience in RPA tools and automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- 3 years of proficiency with other programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.
- 3 years of experience in automation infrastructure, configuration, and workflow-based logic and executing ETL functions between operational systems
- Certification in one or more RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer)
- 2 years healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminology
- 2 years experience creating and using APIs
- 2 years experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, etc.
- Knowledge of EHR systems and workflows
