Position Summary
Under general supervision, performs basic care, cleaning and maintenance of the buildings and grounds. Responsible for inventory and delivery of supplies to departments. Essential Functions and Responsibilities : 1.Performs routine preventative maintenance as scheduled and required on equipment in facility.2.Responsible for trouble-shooting in problem related areas pertaining to maintenance, plumbing, electrical, lawn, etc. Services, adjusts and repairs basic mechanical equipment as needed.3.Maintains and delivers stock supplies as required; assist in inventory control which may include computerized inventory systems. #LI-AK1 Required : ⦁High school diploma or equivalent.⦁Requires six months’ general maintenance / custodian experience.
