Position Overview: Provides supervision of assigned staff and functions to meet organizational goals. Ongoing monitoring of assigned department performance standards regarding timeliness, appropriateness, and cost effectiveness. The primary focus for daily responsibilities includes utilization management and oversight for assigned products for all duties. Provides non-clinical oversight to assigned staff. Works diligently with staff to ensure the delivery of quality services at the most appropriate and cost-effective setting. Assists where necessary or through project management those business ventures undertaken by the Company to ensure its profitable future.
This is a hybrid position with requirements to come onsite as scheduled, Indianapolis IN.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate Degree in business health care or related field; or high school diploma with two (2) years of related experience.
- Two (2) years’ experience and knowledge of Managed Care functions (e.g. medical delivery, regulatory compliance, claims processing, pre-authorization guidelines etc.)
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet organizational needs.
Preferred:
- Certified Medical Assistance or related clinical experience.
- Two (2) years’ experience in a management role with direct reports, leading or assisting in all phases of effective supervision (ie. Recruitment, performance management, training).
- Experience in progressively more responsible roles in a provider office setting.
