- Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
- Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.
- Directs, coordinates and delegates activities in order to foster patient/family centered care.
- Essential Functions and Responsibilities include assessing patient's needs, planning and implementing nursing care, and evaluating patient responses.
- 3 Year of Experience - Required
- Completion of 1 Travel Assignment - Required
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses.

- Attendance policy: Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated.
- Primarily ICU but can float to CVICU - Preferred
- ICU Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2 based on acuity / Step Down 1:3
- References NOT required.
- A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.
- Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
