  • Contract Length : 13 weeks
  • Description : McLaren Northern has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6 / 1 / 2024. McLaren’s surgical services represent a full spectrum of procedures and tests across various specialties.

    • Job Requirements

  • 2 Years of experience required
  • Experience in ortho, neuro, general, Robot Xi, urology, GYN, ENT, and endovascular / vascular required
  • Michigan license verification is required for nurses
  • Skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required

    • Schedule Information

  • Strict attendance policy in effect starting 6 / 1 / 2024
  • Nonbillable Hours : 12 hours of initial hours

  • McLaren’s surgical services represent a full spectrum of procedures and tests across various specialties.

  • References NOT required
  • Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above
  • Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment
