Summary : Prepares vehicles for lease or sale, and develops and implements lease and sale plans. Essential Duties : ? Sells lease plans to businesses and individuals. ? Works with Sales manager to order and maintain a balanced leasing and Sale inventory reflecting current customer needs. ? Participates in weekly sales meetings. ? Processes all leasing and Sales documentation and related paperwork and maintains complete records of all lease transactions. ? Maintains an accurate daily log that reflects all lease activities in the dealership. ? Plans and arranges all lease advertising in accordance with dealership goals. Ensures full compliance with government regulations regarding lease and Sales advertising when developing advertising materials. ? Stay abreast of current manufacturer lease and Sales programs and promotions and informs sales staff of any changes, phase-outs, or newly implemented programs. ? Understand, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect leasing / selling and lease / selling advertising. Marginal Duties : ? Trains salespeople how to identify likely lease / buyer candidates and how to make professional lease / Sales presentations. ? Help salespeople close lease / sales deals when necessary. ? Cross-trains others for this position as directed by management. ? Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management. ? Assists with related special projects as required. ? Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area. ? Attends managers meetings as requested. ? Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities : ? Hires, trains and supervises F&I personnel. ? Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. ? Apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. ? Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : ? Valid Driver's License Physical Demands : ? Required to sit and occasionally stand or walk. ? Must occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds. ?
