We are looking to add to our existing staff the position of Office Assistant. This role is responsible for the daily delivery and pick up of documents from one dealership to another two times each day. This role also takes deposits to the bank and items to the post office as needed. A company vehicle is provided for these tasks.
As an Office Assistant, you play a direct role in keeping the work flow moving efficiently for 13 dealerships in the Columbia MO area. We are looking for an energetic, active person who seeks an entry level position with the possibility of advancement to learn new tasks in the accounting office.
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to lift up to 20lbs.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have great time management skills.
- Must have a valid Missouri Drivers License.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel is helpful.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
