Responsibilities:
- Guide the customer through the buying process.
- Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge about vehicle features.
- Demonstrate the operation of vehicles in showroom and via test drive.
- Provide vehicles to customers through established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and encourages repeat and referral business.
- Utilize our prospecting system, making calls and sending emails to potential customers to set appointments.
- Must pass background and drug screenings, and must meet MVR eligibility requirements.
