- Control and evaluate the paint material and determine the optimum operating parameters
- Assess and control all paint processes, paint materials and operations to meet the company quality specification
- Plan and introduce changes for paint material and application facilities to meet and exceed company goals and objectives for the paint quality
- Continuously analyze the paint process as well as any quality problems and implement and evaluate corrective measures
- Produce standard reports and present to management, including detailed quality tracking
- Providing instruction and guidance about techniques and regulations to meet the company paint quality requirements
