Job Description
McLaughlin Research Corporation (MRC) has an immediate opening for an entry to mid-level Configuration Management (CM) Specialist. The CM Specialist is responsible for maintaining, tracking, and controlling product specifications, inventory levels, drawing baselines / revisions and CAD models, Engineering Change documentation, product configuration, and other data specific to the product line. The CM Specialist will work closely with the engineering and technical POCs to track configuration of the product through its full lifecycle. The tools used to track the data are CMPro and a department developed CM database (TOMIS) as required.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate must be very detail oriented, have exceptional organizational skills, understand how to use product databases, have good communication skills, and be able to work independently within the technical support team.
They must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in CMPRO or TOMIS (Tomahawk Information System) is a plus but not required.
