If Selected You Will
- Develop, test, and analyze control systems in a 6-DOF GN&C environment
- Develop and evaluate Crew Displays
- Test and evaluate lunar lander handling qualities.
- Give in-person lunar lander simulation demonstrations and training.
- Develop and apply custom data models and algorithms to data sets.
- Formally review and document the results of program activities.
- Perform other duties as required

- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Understanding of control systems.
- Understanding of statistics.
- Familiar with Cooper-Harper ratings and handling qualities evaluation.
- Ability to teach people of various skill levels and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment consisting of NASA civil servants and various contractor employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace engineering from an ABET accredited engineering school and a minimum of three (3) years of related engineering experience, or a Master's degree or Ph.D. from an accredited engineering school.
- Understanding or experience with aircraft piloting, especially with vertical flight.
- Understanding of human factors.
- Familiarity with product development cycles.
- Significant coding ability (display development, post-processing, automated testing).
- Object oriented software development skills.
- Proficiency with Python.
- Proficiency with C/C .
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience with NASA/TRICK simulation environment.
