Full time, eligible for benefits, working in the Hartford County to generate business for McLean Life Plan Community supporting all campus services. Creating new and maintaining existing relationships with physicians, other medical professionals, community and senior organizations, special interest groups and other potential referral sources. Create visibility in the wider community with individuals.
Collaborate with each service line manager/supervisor and clinical teams to increase appropriate and timely referrals.
