What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Coordinator position at McLean County Center for Human Services?
The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Residential Coordinator. (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with the Program Manager will provide leadership for the Recovery Program.
- Supervise and evaluate members of the team designated by Manager.
- Oversee Rooming House, supported housing and transitional housing programs.
- I will work closely with the Program Manager to plan and provide evidence-based training, programming, and skill-based training to individuals in a residential setting and in the community.
- Will be responsible for providing a safe and comfortable environment of care which nurtures learning and recovery.
- Will complete any required reporting for the program as designated by Manager.
- Provide agency-wide training when requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
- Credentialed as a MHP (Mental Health Practitioner) in the State of Illinois required.
- Experience with residential services in a community behavioral health setting preferred..
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid Illinois driver’s license.
Salary Range: $32.00 - $27.00 per hour
