Summary
Determines competency requirements for key clinical and administrative positions and develops and implements education plans and materials. This individual will utilize adult learning principles, evidence-based practices, and assessment of learning techniques to maximize the learning experience. Assists in assuring clinical policies and procedures are followed. The ability to be dependable, a self-starter, organized, and demonstrate effective communication skills are essential for this position.\

Essential Functions
-Evaluate current program objectives, metrics and work with key stakeholders to maintain procedural adoption and outcomes -Utilizes the hospitals designated clinical documentation system to conduct reviews of the health record and identify opportunities for clarification.
-Works with the leadership team in the specified departments for new clinical initiatives. -Maintains knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and legislation and ensures the company is in compliance with such requirements.
-Develops provider education strategies to promote complete and accurate clinical documentation and correct negative trends. -Ensures Training materials are up to date and in order for new trainees -Provide guidance to staff as needed. -Follow patient safety related policies, procedures and protocols
Education Bachelor's Degree PSYCHOLOGY required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Licenses and Credentials Experience experience with children and adolescents with complex mental health issues experience or education in fine arts or expressive therapy 0-1 year preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Excellent time management and communication skills. - Strong planning and organization skills. - Managing one's own time and the time of others. - Maintain knowledge of curriculum development and teaching methodology. - Excellent presentation skills required. - Strong public speaking skills. - Strong work ethic, professionalism, business judgment and keen attention to detail.
