MIW is seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Project Manager for our client, a leading engineering firm specializing in civil, transportation, and public infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducted and reviewed geotechnical studies, including subsurface investigations, soil foundation engineering, settlement analysis, lateral earth pressures, slope stability, and site evaluation Analyzed and oversaw.
- Phase I and Phase II Environmental Reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, drillers, and laboratory personnel.
- Conducted site visits and provided technical support on construction-related issues.
- Maintain and track all geotechnical and environmental reports.
- Supervise laboratory operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain high dependability and consistent attendance.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimal travel required.
