PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role consists of recruiting efforts and providing administrative support to Project Manager, including but not limited to the following:
- Perform full cycle recruiting in Aledo, Weatherford, Fort Worth, and other areas as needed
- Collaborate with Project Manager to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
- Post jobs, conduct in-person interviews, hire and onboard new hires
- Process I-9s, process background checks and perform drug screens
- Assist with fingerprinting appointments and coordinate access photo badges and drug screens between background check company and customer
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with other administrative tasks including but not limited to processing transfers, promotions and terminations
- Effectively communicate in Spanish as needed
- Provide other administrative duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this position
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates and customers
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Local travel required around the Aledo area
- Driver's license required with clear MVR (motor vehicle record for past 3 years)
- Clear background check and fingerprinting
- Clear drug screen
