Grounds :
- Mows turf areas using powered mowing equipment.
- Trims walks, curbs and flowerbeds, using with edgers and line trimmers.
- Prunes shrubs and trees with both hand and powered tools.
- Weeds and mulches shrub / flower beds and weeds turf areas.
- Performs the policing of the grounds and trash removal of outside trash receptacles.
- Fertilizes turf and shrubs. Assists with insect and disease control.
- Plants shrubs, trees, and flowers as required.
- Performs all duties in a safe and professional manner.
Maintenance :

The responsibility of a Professional Cleaner is to maintain a worksite in optimum conditions through tasks such as disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, among other duties while reporting issues to the supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.Monitor building’s security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.If this is a refinery position you will be require a certification and safety shoes.DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES :
