Sonora TX Janitorial Supervisor / Supervisora $13.50.00 / hour starting pay
Working position.
Oversees up to seven employees. Trains, coaches and counsels as needed.
Maintains a positive and safe work enviornment.
Inspects work.
Communicates with both the customer's staff and McLemore management.
Administrative duties include supply ordering and timekeeping.
A Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of buildings, make sure buildings are closed securely. This includes project work and floor care. Reports any issues, complaints to Regional Manager.
