Finance Manager - Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial documents and law contracts, ensuring accuracy and dealer compliance.
• Lead customer through the signing process- ensuring customer understanding.
• Manage and maintain contracts in transit everydeal
• Maintain average gross per deal.
• Support corporate accounting functions by maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare documentation for audits and assist with the implementation of best practices in financial reporting.

Experience

• A background in finance or accounting is preferred, with knowledge of corporate accounting practices.
• Familiarity with profit loss analysis, cash flow analysis, and cost management techniques.
• Understanding of technical accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
