McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is currently searching for a Full-time Bilingual (Spanish / English) Counselor to work from any of our treatment locations : Charlotte, Concord, Monroe, Gastonia, Lenoir, Marion, Hickory, and Statesville.

How will you help us achieve our mission? You will :
- Be at the forefront of crafting person-centered treatment plans for patients in all stages of recovery.
- Play a pivotal role in monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Lead individual and group counseling sessions to support both patients and their families.
- Connect patients with vital support services, such as medical evaluation, mental health, and social support. Your impact will extend beyond our doors!
- Participate in clinical supervision sessions to foster your professional growth and development.
What are the qualifications needed for this role? :
We're looking for a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field, paired with at least a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor-Intern Certification (CADC-I). If you hold a Master’s degree with a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) or other Mental Health or Substance Use licensure, that’s a big plus!
